Rotonda

Rotonda is what many people would consider the “core community” of the Cape Haze Peninsula. Consisting of seven separate and distinct communities, Rotonda is a golfers paradise. Offering 6 courses with 99 holes, you’ll always be able to find a tee time! Golf membership is very affordable, but not required, and all courses are open to the public. All homes and home sites back to either a golf course, greenbelt or body of water.

Rotonda has several connected waterways that offer great fishing. These waterways do not offer Gulf Access, however small boats are permitted for fishing or just touring around. In addition, the subdivision has a community park with playground, pavilion and tennis courts. With the help of many long established residents, there are several community clubs and organizations to keep you busy. There is also a secured storage area for your RV, boat or trailer at very affordable rates. Rotonda is a deed-restricted community. Most of the community has newly paved roads and water & sewer are already in place.
